This weekend, local chefs will be teaming up with local charitable organizations at a charity barbeque in Oulu. The event will be held Sunday, May 27, from 12 pm to 4 pm on Hietasaari Island.
The theme of the event is “Come grill and chill”.
The barbeque event is aimed at young people and families with children. The event will be hosted by the Oulu-based charitable foundation Ytyä. The event includes barbeque demonstrations, outdoor games and dance shows.
The menu features alcohol-free aperitifs, grilled beef sirloin, homemade hamburgers, sauced vegetables, salad and dessert.
This marks the third year the free-of-charge event has been organized.
